Xue Bai is an artist, author, and strategist focused on designing Life-Centered Innovation. Xue authors and illustrates From My Window: Children at Home During COVID-19, a United Nations publication. She is the co-author of Leading As If Life Matters, An Invitation to Attend a Future of Our Own Making.
Xue is a consultant, mentor, and committee member at Net Impact NYC, a global community of professionals who use their skills to drive social and environmental change. She heads Net Impact Pratt and Lead As If Life Matters China.
I believe in the power of art and design in creating life-affirming experiences, innovative strategies and systems, cultures and communities that reshape our world to be more open, equal, and inclusive.
Combining my background in finance, interdisciplinary design with my skills in telling compelling stories, I help mission-driven organizations better align strategic management and creative thinking for an advantage.
I am committing my life to pursue beauty, creativity, and empathy. Beauty is the gift for those with innocent spirit, open mind, and educated eyes. Creativity is the tool to not only appreciate but also lead beauty creation. Empathy is the secret sauce to make sure that we share beauty and creativity inclusively.
Everyday is an opportunity to make great things happen. This is just a start!
